Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Caliclan academy services, classes, and the website www.caliclan.com, all operated by HKthenics Private Limited ("HKthenics", "we", "us"). By booking a trial, enrolling in a membership, or purchasing any product or programme from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide calisthenics coaching at our Gurugram branches (DLF Phase 1, Sector 58, Malibu Towne) and online training programmes. Class timings, batch sizes, and curriculum may change at our discretion.

2. Trial bookings

A trial session costs ₹500 and is one (1) hour long. The fee is adjusted into your monthly membership if you enrol within 48 hours of your trial. If you do not enrol, the ₹500 is non-refundable.

3. Memberships & payments

Membership fees are billed in advance and are non-transferable. Online payments are processed via Razorpay; we never store your card or banking credentials on our servers.

4. Health & assumption of risk

Calisthenics is a physical-training activity. You confirm that you are medically fit to train and will disclose any pre-existing condition to your coach. You train at your own risk; HKthenics is not liable for injury arising from training, save where caused by our gross negligence.

5. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any member who is disruptive, abusive, or unsafe to other members or coaches. No refund is owed in such cases.

6. Intellectual property

All branding, video content, programming, and material published by Caliclan is owned by HKthenics Private Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
