Refund & Cancellation

These rules apply to all payments made to HKthenics Private Limited for Caliclan services, including trial sessions, memberships, online programmes, and shop orders.

1. Trial sessions (₹500)

The trial fee is adjusted into your monthly membership if you enrol within 48 hours of your trial. If you do not enrol, the fee is non-refundable but can be rescheduled once if you message the admin on WhatsApp at least 4 hours before your slot.

2. Memberships

Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual memberships are non-refundable once activated. In exceptional cases (long medical leave with documentation, relocation) we may freeze your membership for up to 30 days at our discretion. Unused days do not roll over.

3. Online programmes

Personal and group online packages (e.g. 12-session bundles) are non-refundable once the first session is delivered. Unused sessions from a bundle remain valid for 90 days from purchase.

4. Shop & equipment orders

Physical product orders placed via our partner store at calineo.in follow Calineo's own return and refund terms. Please refer to the product page for shipping, returns, and warranty information.

5. Payment failures & duplicate charges

If a payment fails on Razorpay or you are charged twice for the same booking, write to caliclan.academy@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 97116 16154 with your payment ID. We will verify and process any refund within 7 working days; banks may take an additional 5-7 days to credit the amount back.
