DLF Phase 1, Gurgaon
Caliclan DLF Phase 1 is a calisthenics academy in Gurugram for kids, adults, beginners and athletes. Bodyweight strength, movement skills and mobility — coached in structured modules, six days a week. Membership is ₹5,000/month + GST, and your first session costs ₹525 (incl. 5% GST).

What you train
Pull-ups, dips, levers and weighted calisthenics for strength · handstands, animal flow and mobility for movement · breath, recovery and nutrition guidance. Kids train in age-appropriate batches.
