1. General Use

  • The CaliClan website and services are intended for users who are at least 16 years of age.
  • By enrolling in our classes or programs, you accept these terms and agree to follow all guidelines shared by our team and coaches.

2. Membership & Payments

  • All class fees must be paid in advance, either monthly or as per your chosen package.
  • Prices are subject to change. Any revisions will be communicated in advance.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of training privileges until dues are cleared.

3. Trial Classes

  • Trial classes are offered at a nominal fee and are non-refundable.
  • Participation in a trial does not guarantee a slot unless full membership payment is completed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Missed classes will not be refunded or extended unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Any cancellation of private sessions must be made 24 hours in advance.

5. Health & Liability

  • All members are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and medically cleared before participating.
  • CaliClan and its coaches are not liable for any injuries or health issues arising during or after training.
  • A waiver must be signed prior to participating in any class or workshop.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Respect towards coaches, fellow members, and academy property is mandatory.
  • Any misconduct or disruptive behavior may lead to suspension or termination of membership without refund.
  • Kids’ classes require punctuality and adherence to safety instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the CaliClan website, including images, videos, training programs, and brand assets, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We collect limited personal information during registration, used only to deliver services and communicate updates. We do not share or sell your data.

9. Modifications

  • CaliClan reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or academy services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
